Otter Creek Kitchen & Food Truck
After 2 years of running the Otter Creek Farms Food Truck owner/operators Francois Drolet and William Arnaud felt it was time to expand. After many months of renovations at the 2792 Princess St Location, Otter Creek Kitchen finally opened its doors in July 2022.
As per Will and Francois: “We place a proud emphasis on showcasing the delectable full blood Wagyu Beef of Otter Creek Farms, a world class product raised locally here in Kingston, Ontario by an amazing team. The beef is the star on all our menus, from our gourmet burgers at the restaurant and on the truck, to the steaks and roasts at our catered events.
At the core of our business is the love for local food. We always strive to showcase the best local products we can find, working closely with Farmers, Artisans and Producers to maintain a strong connection with our Kingston community.
We both love Kingston; it is where we both decided to build our lives and our business. The community support, love for local, and all-around incredible people have made being small business owners in this city a truly special thing. As chefs, we are surrounded by a wealth of high-quality local farmers and producers that gives us the opportunity to showcase delicious food to our guests.
With the opening of the restaurant, we look forward to the future and sharing many new and exciting things that we have planned for the space.”
If you haven’t been there yet, you must do yourself a favour and visit the truck, the restaurant (or both!) and experience one of the best burgers in town! They also do special events and catering to add to their impressive offerings.
